What does deferred recruitment & selection mean?
Intake based on secondment is also called deferred recruitment and selection. Our candidate joins your company on a temporary basis, but after a certain period you can choose to hire them permanently. The benefit of deferred recruitment and selection is the breathing room and time to take a well-advised decision. This gives you the time to see if someone fits in your organization and if you want to give them a permanent contract.
This is how deferred recruitment and selection works
Based on secondment the employee starts within your company for a period of 800 hours (approximately one and a half year). During this period you experience all benefits of secondment. If pleased, the candidate can remain in your company after this period. From that moment onwards, your organization is the formal employer During this entire process we of course link your specific wishes and needs to the right candidate. The wishes of both parties are central here.
